December: Just returned from an amazing 6 week adventure in Costa Rica! I had a great time travelling around Central America, surfing, diving and enjoying the culture. Now i am back to training and focusing for the upcoming year! Placed 4th at Canadian Nationals September 16th in Saskatoon! Although the weather was poor the experience was great! My goal was Top 5, placing 4th at my first nationals was icing on the cake! I met a lot of great athletes and people big congrats to Nicole Ball from Alberta winning her IFBB Pro Card! Thanks to my great family and friends who were the loudest cheering squad there! Competitions are officially done for the year and Off Season training begins this week!
